Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Assign projects to Sales Support team members and oversee their progress.
  • Provide regular coaching to Sales Support team members on operational procedures.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings for the Sales Support and Production teams.
  • Manage the internal calendar for the Sales Support team.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
