Parcel Pending by Quadient has a mission to establish an agnostic open network of 5,000+ lockers in the UK by the end of 2027. Our network facilitates access points to the parcel networks of the biggest carriers in the UK.
We’re expanding our Open Locker Network team and are looking for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and making things happen behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity to step into a central support role that directly helps us scale one of the fastest-growing parts of the business.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be the go-to person supporting the locker sales team – helping with site survey communication, documentation, contract processing, and ensuring everything runs smoothly between our host partners and internal teams. You’ll also play a key part in supporting the private network and beyond-parcels teams with tailored admin and coordination.
Opportunity is offered on a hybrid basis out of our Stratford, London office (2 days/week in office, 3 days from home)
