Parcel Pending by Quadient has a mission to establish an agnostic open network of 5,000+ lockers in the UK by the end of 2027. Our network facilitates access points to the parcel networks of the biggest carriers in the UK.
We’re expanding our Open Locker Network team and are looking for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and making things happen behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity to step into a central support role that directly helps us scale one of the fastest-growing parts of the business.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll be the go-to person supporting the locker sales team – helping with site survey communication, documentation, contract processing, and ensuring everything runs smoothly between our host partners and internal teams. You’ll also play a key part in supporting the private network and beyond-parcels teams with tailored admin and coordination.

Opportunity is offered on a hybrid basis out of our Stratford, London office (2 days/week in office, 3 days from home)

  • Coordinate host site surveys, including but not limited to, liaising with locker host contacts, obtaining approvals, communicating planned civils and installation works.
  • Collaborate with Lockers operations team to ensure the efficient and professional installation of locker.
  • Support with contract generation, validation, and processing. Includes vendor ID creation, ensuring correct bank details are capture and location name correctly documented.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales data management.
  • Assist with pre-sales map and site checks.
  • Help manage documentation and admin for major account partners.
  • Provide admin and sales documentation support to the private network and beyond-parcels teams for sales call preparation, account planning and research and order creation/submission.
  • Be a day-to-day support hub for the locker sales team, keeping everything on track and well-communicated.
