Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator (Export Specialist)
Location: Deeside Head Office
Department: Customer Services
Reports to: Customer Service Team Leaders
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Reports to: Customer Services Team Leader
Salary: £25,465 per annum

Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE OF POST:

To assist Ralawise Group customers through each step of the sales process. To support with the day-to-day management of accounts and queries to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role requires the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of orders. To provide a service that leaves our customers feeling valued and appreciated.

KEY DUTIES:

  • To support with the management of commercially sensitive accounts
  • Dealing with inbound phone and email enquiries
  • Fully Manage all aspects of processing customer orders/back orders
  • Liaising with different internal and external departments to ensure the dispatch SLAs are maintained and ensuring the efficient delivery of orders
  • Data entry and maintaining records within our systems
  • Preserving and delivering high customer service standards
  • Working with the Customer and the wider business to create an enhanced customer experience
  • Handling customer disputes, escalations and complex queries bringing to full resolution.
  • Create a solution finding environment to enhance the customer experience
  • To be a point of contact for the Internal and Field based Sales Team
  • To be point of contact with external stakeholders
  • Creating, checking and issuing Commercial invoices
  • Managing intercompany stock movements
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Working towards clear KPI’s around accuracy, calls and service delivery.
  • In additional to these functions, the employee is required to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required to meet the needs of the business
