Overview The St. Louis Support Services Division for Enterprise Mobility currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator- Request for Proposals! ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Support RFP Coordinator is responsible for managing requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), completing vendor questionnaires or assessments for the sales teams, and supporting new and existing business across various business lines. The coordinator crafts clear and concise statements or messaging, follows defined document formatting and branding, performs data entry, and collaborates with multiple internal departments to procure proper information and deliver a completed project on time. ABOUT THE JOB This full time position will be in person, based out of our offices in Weldon Springs, Maryland Heights and Corporate Campus (Clayton) locations with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule after 90 days. This role has a schedule of Monday-Friday with a start time ranging from 7:00am-8:00am CST. The starting pay for this position is $26.06/hr. based on a 40 hour work week. This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, support staff and management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually. Responsibilities Manage multiple RFP or related projects simultaneously, developing individual work plans for each project to meet deliverable requirements for the sales team and other internal teams Leverage communication skills to ensure verbiage in proposals or other responses is clear and concise, formatted properly, and maintains brand integrity Create sales proposals, and other sales pieces, as assigned, applying language that represents the voice and position of our brands Serve as the liaison with the applicable sales team for each project, managing project expectations, conducting conference calls with the appropriate sales team, legal team, operational team, or other corporate contacts Review or submit deliverables prepared by team for review, including peer-to-peer proofing Ensure all project deliverables are correct and complete, and documents are archived in alignment with company standards Maintain a working knowledge of various company business lines to respond to varying proposals, including monitoring industry updates, through internal communications and material provided by approved internal subject matter experts Qualifications Must live in the state of Missouri and in the St. Louis or surrounding area Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Must be at least 18 years old Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field required Demonstrated project management experience preferred
