JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team by providing essential administrative support and facilitating communication with our valued customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Duties -

  • Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and dispatch in Teams to estimators
  • Communicate with customers regarding RFQs, including gathering all relevant information for estimators, providing formal quotes to customers in a timely manner and communicate customer feedback with estimator
  • Administer RFQs in Teams and monitor quote email
  • Follow up on quotes sent to customer to aid in securing opportunities
  • Manage and maintain electronic quote folders
  • Respond to customer requests
  • Notify customers of parts nearing expiration
  • Participate in daily quotes meeting and capture all meeting minutes
  • Ensure that promises set by Sales team are met
  • Review, Format and send out completed quotes to customers using information provided by the Sales team
  • Occasional travel, including periodic trips to USA facility in Cambridge, MN
  • Assist estimators and the Director of Sales as needed
  • Track/report on Sales department KPIs

SKILLS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not required.

    Pay: $43,680.00-$47,840.00 per year
