YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

  • Enter new advertiser/agency sales orders in a timely manner to allow the ability to properly manage airtime inventory to meet required approval and time deadlines.
  • Work with corporate, national and local sales staff to verify accuracy of new orders and order revisions to avoid loss of revenue due to campaigns not being executed as intended from advertiser/agency avail request.
  • Enter orders into Wide Orbit, Darwn and Katz systems and verify accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skill
  • Knowledge of WideOrbit media solutions software
  • Knowledge of Outlook/Microsoft software.
  • At least 2 years of Sales/ Account support required
  • Requires highly motivated team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to be cross trained in other support/operation areas.
  • Reliable work ethic and punctuality

Commercial Excellence at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Sales Operation Coordinator to join our team!
The Sales Operation Coordinator is responsible for the organization, efficiency, accuracy and accountability of entering advertiser and agency media campaigns and sales orders into the company systems on a company-wide basis. As a coordinator, professionalism and proper communication with all departments and all radio/TV markets is a must. This role is critical in verifying that all details of media campaigns ordered balance to orders placed in company systems to guarantee accuracy. Key tasks include: entering orders, revising orders, communicating with National Sales Managers and National Account Coordinators. This position is in a high pressure and fast pace environment involving all platforms (TV, Radio).
