Responsibilities
  • Enable sales excellence by coordinating smooth and efficient processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure clean and reliable data in forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
  • Generate business insights and analytics to support sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Oversee contract management, including creation, renewal, and maintenance of customer agreements.
  • Maintain master data for customers and vessels and improve customer data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Manage outbound customer communications, letters, and documentation.
  • Assist with supplier forms and customer portal registrations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve collaboration and internal efficiency.
