Are you a highly organized team player with a passion for sales support? In this role, you’ll play a key part in empowering our sales team by preparing impactful presentations, business reviews, and customer insights that drive real results.
You’ll be the go-to person for managing customer, vessel, and contract data, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From keeping our CRM and ERP systems sharp and up to date, to organizing standout sales meetings and unforgettable customer events — you’ll help us stay on top of our game. This role has a strong focus on marketing and event coordination, offering a great opportunity to get creative, grow your skills, and make a visible impact.

What you will work on:

  • Drive excellence in sales execution by ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes in close collaboration with the Sales Operations team.
  • Lead CRM adoption and dashboard implementation.
  • Uphold data integrity and consistency by helping enforce high standards in sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analytics focused on sales performance and customer engagement trends.
  • Support the sales team with contract management, you will play a key role in the creation, renewal, and maintenance of customer contracts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve collaboration and drive organizational efficiency
  • Maintain customer and vessel master data in coordination with Asset Management.
  • Prepare sales analyses, business reviews, and customer presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy and improvement of customer data.
  • Manage customer communications and letters.
  • Handle supplier forms and customer portal registrations with relevant teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid administrative and organizational abilities
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and Excel
  • Proactive, accountable, and results-driven
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
