Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to support the daily requirements and initiatives of our sales team, specifically in the cruise ship segment. The core daily functions include maintaining and updating product pricing and providing sales and pricing data information and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform various sales administrative tasks as outlined by job description, including reporting, quotations and analysing data
  • Perform administrative and general office tasks as required
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting, both standardised as well as customised to customer, team and management requirements
  • Supporting the Sales Team with requests whist they are customer facing
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure that a high level of customer service and record accuracy is maintained
