Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a growing supplier of innovative cleaning equipment to the commercial and healthcare sectors. We’re looking for someone who thrives on keeping things organised, making sure customers feel looked after, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our field salesperson (on the road) and the company founder to provide vital support: booking appointments, preparing and sending product information and quotes, following up with customers, and answering queries.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in being reliable, steady, and supportive — the person others can count on to keep things moving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and send product information and sales quotes
  • Follow up on quotes and appointments to ensure momentum
  • Book meetings and keep diaries up to date
  • Handle incoming customer queries with patience and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Support the field sales team and company director with day-to-day sales administration
