About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Onboarding Coordinator to support our Sales team by managing the post-sale setup process for new customers. Your job is to ensure each deal transitions smoothly into service by collecting missing details, setting up accounts, and keeping everyone in the loop. You’ll be working behind the scenes in systems like FieldRoutes and Google Workspace, sending follow-up emails, updating records, and jumping on a calls to finalize payment or scheduling details. Your work supports our Sales team directly and ensures no deal gets delayed, lost, or mismanaged after the contract is signed. What You’ll Do Monitor internal systems (FieldRoutes, Slack, Gmail) for onboarding tasks and status updates Support the Sales team by completing post-sale customer setup Follow up with customers via email or phone to collect missing information (payment, scheduling, etc.) Track open onboarding tasks and ensure timely follow-through Maintain accurate customer records and onboarding status Flag recurring issues or delays to Sales or Ops leadership Assist with reporting or checklist completion during busy periods (Spring/Summer) Requirements You’re a Great Fit If You… Are highly organized and detail-oriented — nothing slips through the cracks Enjoy behind-the-scenes work that helps a team succeed Have excellent written communication and email follow-up skills Are comfortable jumping on a light-touch phone call if needed Can work independently, manage your own task list, and prioritize Are curious and tech-comfortable — you like learning new systems and tools Have 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, admin, sales support, or operations Nice-to-Have Experience Familiarity with FieldRoutes, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar Experience in home services, or high-volume sales environments Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) Slack or internal communication tools Why Join Debug?
