Description
The role is for a person that will be supporting the Sales team in launching and execution of contracts/orders with US and APAC product groups, monitoring and management of multiple orders in EMEA region, contract evaluation and terms and conditions negotiations Provide support to Sales Engineers in preparation of Tender Documents and coordinate with Reps for timely submission of International Tenders. Management of contracts and material orders with factories, customers, inspectors, freight forwarders: Contract T&-C's negotiation with customers and internal stakeholders (Legal, Credit, Business Unit) Entering orders and coordinate with Credit, ITL and Business Units (BU's) for order acknowledgement Coordinate timely delivery by monitoring OTTR/OTTC of orders by interaction between ITL, BU's, forwarders and customer. Coordinate order documentation (Proforma Invoices, Approval Drawings, FAT Certificates, Shipping Documents, Performance Guarantees). Monitor timely payment for orders on Open Account terms. Monitor Letters of Credit, Performance/Advance Guaranties etc. Receive and process warranty complaints and provide first line customer service. Coordinate the visit of inspectors with the plants. Coordinate visas issues and invitation letters. Provide general office support by handling communications with local authorities, office suppliers, courier service providers, utility vendors. Organize and schedule appointments, organize and coordinate meetings, accommodation needs of the visitors and guests. BS degree -Economics/Finance/Int'l Business related 5 years in International Business Environment Fluent in English, additional languages will be considered, experience in Finance, Int'l Trade & Logistics will be considered a plus. Organizational skills and experience in dealing with Greek Authorities. Experience with MS tools (MS Office, Teams, Power BI), Data Management
