Sales Support Order Entry JOB SUMMARY Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Responsible for fielding calls from customers wanting to place orders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Answer calls for customers looking to place orders thru the phone queue * Enter data accurately in order entry screen. * Confirm customer details updating in P21 where needed * May need to interact with manufacturers on obsolete parts and update customer * May need to source products and best price for manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell (new products) * May need to audit and update part number information in Radwell Systems (Spectrum) * Confirm all orders to customer in writing thru P21 system * Correspond with customer via phone and e-mail * Enter quotations and orders into sales order processing systems * Build new customers in sales order processing systems * Build new part numbers as needed * Assist in business system database cleanup and ongoing maintenance updating customer information where necessary * Take direction from managers and assistant managers and allow the manager to approve all prices prior to the potential customer being quoted * Pick up customers on hold when needed May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Not applicable. This position has no direct reports. METRICS To be defined by your Team Leader and set in your monthly goals. QUALIFICATIONS * Must understand the sales cycle * Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand computer systems to perform job tasks in an automated environment KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED * Strong Computer proficiency * Proficiency using e-mail and the internet * Being able to multi-task * Ability to work at a fast pace * Attention to detail * Problem solving abilities * Good communication skills EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous sales, internet customer service, or related educational experiences are a plus. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is an office job and entails the physical demands associated with operating a telephone and computer (viewing monitor, keyboard, mouse) Salary Information: The recruiting base salary range for this FULL TIME position is $41,600 - $45,760 /year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on company performance. WORK SCHEDULE The schedule will generally be 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with one-hour break. Adherence to attendance and coverage policies is expected to be followed diligently. Time off will be granted with proper formal notice in accordance with company policy. WORK ENVIRONMENT The environment is a professional office environment. It may be necessary from time to time to go to our inventory warehouse or our repair center relative to the requirements of the position. Dress attire is casual but professional in an office setting. Safety Policies must be adhered to at all times.
