We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Trainee to support our global customer service team in supplying Evac spare parts and services. Key Responsibilities Support Service Sales Teams: Assist our global service sales teams in delivering exceptional support to customers. Quotation Preparation: Prepare and manage quotations for spare parts. Order Administration: Process and manage spare parts sales order intake. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other supply chain functions to ensure smooth operations. Your Skills and Qualifications Education: 2-3 years of Bachelor’s level studies in Environmental or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering first-class customer service. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and develop solutions to improve service levels. Growth Mindset: Open to learning, development, and embracing ambitious opportunities. Result-Oriented: Focused on achieving targets and continuously improving processes. Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage. Team Player: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive attitude.
