ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Sales Support for Trustmarque, you will play a critical role in delivering an excellent and efficient Support service for our customers and for the Sales team. Providing quotations, using a range of systems, and communicating effectively with the relevant teams. The team is pivotal in providing efficient customer service for our customers. The team is currently going through a transformation and training plan that will elevate the value we can add to the quoting and ordering experience for our customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quotation Management:
  • Source hardware and software quotations from preferred suppliers, considering cost, stock, and commercial factors.
  • Generate customer-facing quotations accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and record potential savings, special bids, and deal registration opportunities in a central database.
  • Service Level Excellence:
  • Adhere to a 4-hour SLA for all mailbox requests, prioritizing efficiently and escalating potential delays.
  • Manage a shared mailbox and your individual workload effectively, collaborating seamlessly with the team.
  • Customer & Sales Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with the Sales team and customer contacts.
  • Attend customer/supplier/Sales calls to ensure understanding of urgent requests and account status.
  • Work closely with Business Enablement to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Process Improvement & Training:
  • Proactively engage in training and upskilling initiatives.
  • Identify process improvements and training needs, collaborating with our Alliances Team and vendors to organize sessions.
  • Cross-train team members as required.
  • Drive efficiencies, savings and value add with our Sales team and customers.
  • CRM & Administration:
  • Manage the CRM system for lead generation and account movement.
  • Build relationships with key contacts, customers, suppliers and vendors.
