Altor Partners are hiring on behalf of a client in the IT distribution sector who are expanding their internal sales function. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Internal Sales & Customer Service Executive to join a tight-knit, supportive team at their Dublin 12 HQ.
This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B experience, great communication skills, and confidence managing quotes, orders, and customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries and coordinate internal communications
  • Support the external sales team with proposals and quotations
  • Process quotes, sales orders, and maintain order reports
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and lead times
  • Work with management on stock level analysis and reporting
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and help grow existing client accounts

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in a B2B internal sales or customer service environment
  • Strong Excel skills (must-have)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus (not essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work fully onsite in Dublin 12
