Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Location: Falkirk area (own transport required – not near public transport)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

THE ROLE

This office-based role will see you at the heart of our sales process - managing enquiries, preparing creative, accurate quotations, purchasing, and ensuring every detail is captured before handing over to our operations team. You’ll be the go-to for organising incoming work, ensuring quick turnaround times, and helping our team exceed their sales targets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage incoming enquiries (phone, email, website) - providing timely advice, booking appointments, and progressing opportunities through to quotation, follow-up, and order.
  • Prepare detailed specifications and costings, creative quotations (using PowerPoint and images), and accurate order/job sheets for the operations team.
  • Handle sourcing and purchasing of products and materials for confirmed orders.
  • Follow up on quotations, maintain organised sales records, and ensure quick turnaround on all client requests.
