We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our Distributor Sales Team within our International Sales Team.
As a Sales Assistant Executive, you will be delivering BSI Standards sales in defined territories by winning new business and at the same time maintaining existing accounts against the set target.
The successful jobholder will provide in-time support to assist sales members from both teams to complete sales activities, monitoring pre and after-sales communications to and from customers and among internal departments at BSI, and providing monthly and quarterly reports. Liaise with local sales and marketing teams and provide them with up-to-date product information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all support as required by the teams and approved by the Head of the teams.
  • Manage inboxes related to orders, customer queries and complaints.
  • Support Distributor Sales Team and the International Sales Team (Deal processing, Information update, Trial set-up, Usage Report, Submitting Subscription details, create basic sales report)
  • Support the Head of the teams with basic admin tasks when required.
  • Provide clear monthly reports upon request to the Head of the teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree level, equivalent education, or proven experience in working within a customer service or sales environment.
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints.
  • Strong Administration and organisation experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
  • Have basic products and services knowledge and functionalities.
  • Approachable mentality and can-do attitude
  • Stakeholder management - Internal, Clients, distributors.
  • Able to maintain and further develop a positive relationship within supporting teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision
