KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in sales (B2B/B2C preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Support Executive to work directly with our Directors. The role requires someone with strong sales acumen who can manage client relationships, support the directors in achieving business objectives, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Directors (2–3 members) to support in daily sales activities.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure prompt communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Support in business development initiatives and marketing campaigns when required.
