We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial operations. Sitting at the heart of the Sales and Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for keeping our CRM system (Dynamics 365) accurate and up to date ensuring that Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities reflect real-time progress, revenue data, and key milestones.
You’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing Directors to coordinate admin tasks, meetings, travel, events, and internal reporting all while helping to maintain the smooth running of the commercial engine.
This is a high-visibility role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B tech environment and takes real pride in organisation, precision, and people support

EXPERIENCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - CRM & DATA ACCURACY (CORE FOCUS)
· Maintain the CRM system (Dynamics 365) as the single source of truth across Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities.
· Ensure all Opportunities include key data: revenue value, expected close dates, GP figures, probability, and forecast categories.
· Conduct new logo Lead & Account research to ensure continued focus on target Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
· Regularly review and cleanse data for accuracy, closing or updating records as needed.
· Flag missing or incomplete fields and work with team members to resolve data gaps.
· Apply consistent process when moving Leads & Opportunities through process flow & pipeline stages.
· Run weekly pipeline reports for Sales Leadership, checking for anomalies or inconsistencies.
· Process ISO27001 data access and other related requests
