SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the sales and marketing team by assisting with inter-department coordination, supporting the team with day-to-day sales transactions, and providing information when required to ensure that customers’ needs are met, and the department achieves its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The position is based in Riyadh and reports to the Decorative Segment Director. Responsibilities: Manage and continuously improve analysis of the profitability of the Decorative segment customer grouping (Sales) and product/solution (Marketing) portfolios to provide management with quality information that contributes to profitable growth for the segments and can be used in the strategy process and to develop the decorative business plans. Perform analysis and reporting of customer and product portfolio profitability by using relevant internal and external data and information to ensure marketing, and sales receives quality information that can be used for decision making in Segment and area management. Work closely with marketing on new and existing programs & projects, to ensure smooth implementation and proper coordination with sales areas, that adds value to the deco segment. Focus on initiatives on how to work smarter and more efficiently through continuous improvement of analytical and digitalization tools, applications. Provide administration and support for the sales team by assisting with daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results. Coordinate between the Sales Managers, Sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by communicating and disseminating relevant information and convey any external inquiries received and information effectively to the Sales team and Support sales staff by following up on DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) collection. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools Fluency in English – both verbal and written.
