JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist our dynamic sales team. This role does not require prior real estate experience, but the ideal candidate should have strong administrative and customer support skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience using CRM software. You will support the sales process from lead follow-up to documentation and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service role (real estate background not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn industry-specific knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, customer service) to support sales activities.
  • Prepare and process sales-related documents such as quotations, agreements, and client records.
