  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings. Share insights and recommendations to help make informed decisions.
  • Property Assessment: Evaluate properties and advise on the listing price based on market analysis and property condition.
  • Listing Management: Collaborate with property owners to gather all necessary documentation and information for listing purposes.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the listing process.

-Arabic / English speaking and writing
-Making calls to generate leads and availability
-Contacting landlords and owners of the properties of designated areas to determine availabilities
-Assisting the agents in closing the deals and arranging viewing etc.
-Preparing offers agreements
· Must be proficient in MS Office especially excel sheet, word etc.
· Should be flexible to multi-task and adapt to ever changing business need
-Abide by the company code of conduct by appearing formal, elegant, and professional all the time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
