Description:

SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

In this Sales Support role at Trustmarque, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and sales success. You will be responsible for efficiently generating quotations, utilising various internal systems, and fostering effective communication to ensure smooth sales processes. This team plays a crucial role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Source hardware and software quotations from our preferred supplier base, taking into consideration cost price, stock and commercials
  • Raise customer-facing quotations
  • Identify savings, special bids, and deal reg opportunities, and recording them on a central database
  • Build and develop professional relationships with all the Sales Team and regular customer contacts
  • Attend customer/supplier or sales calls to ensure you are fully up to speed on any urgent requests and have an overall idea of how the account is running
  • Manage the CRM system for lead generation and account moves between the sales teams
  • Proactively identify training needs and work with Alliances or the vendor to set up training sessions
  • Drive efficiencies, savings and value add with our sales team and customers
