YOU WILL ALSO BE CALLING CLIENTS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY MADE AN INQUIRY ON OUR WEBSITE FOR PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE (THIS DOES NOT INVOLVE ANY COLD CALLING). YOUR AIM IS TO BRIEFLY DISCUSS WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE CAN DO FOR THEM, THEN TRANSFER THEM OVER TO A SALES ADVISOR WHO WILL DISCUSS THE OPTIONS. FOR EVERY CALL THAT IS TRANSFERRED AND CONVERTED INTO A SALE, YOU WILL RECEIVE £30-£50 COMMISSION ON TOP OF YOUR BASIC MONTHLY WAGE - SO THE MORE CALLS TRANSFERRED THE BETTER!
Once you have reached the top of your game in this role, the progression doesn’t end there!
