WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

  • In such a varied role it is hard to define a typical day, however you could expect to:
  • Manage various support tickets that have been raised to us by our network via our resolve platform, these can vary from price protection requests, invoice or pricing queries or a request for copy invoices
  • Supporting our brands requests for bulk movements of vehicles to ensure we are supporting them to achieve their month end targets
  • Being involved in network training, and supporting our agency processes
  • Administration and reporting to ensure we are working within our SLA’s and managing the workloads efficiently
  • Continuous improvement ideas to ensure we are working as LEAN as possible and driving efficiency throughout the team

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Group Commercial Services are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join the Group Fleet and Insight Operations Team on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
Reporting into the Group Fleet Operations Support Manager you will manage the operational responsibilities of the group Fleet sales platform whilst maintaining the high levels of integrity with brand fleet departments. You will act as the first point of contact for the network and customer enquiries across the fleet and specialist sales areas.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Expereince of being very organised and a team player.
  • Have a proactive manner to reach speedy resolutions.
  • Previous sales support experience with exposure to systems and reporting.
