Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - SALES & CUSTOMER SUPPORT (PRIMARY FOCUS)

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with product selection
  • Provide quotes and pricing for office desks, chairs, and accessories
  • Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Generate invoices and process sales orders accurately
  • Record customer requirements and proactively follow up on open quotes and leads
