As a Sales Support Intern, you will play an important role in helping our commercial team run smoothly. This internship offers hands-on exposure to healthcare operations and sales support, giving you the chance to contribute directly to meaningful work that impacts patient care and clinical partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination tasks and administrative support.
  • Help manage patient and clinic requests, including preparing sample kits and handling basic queries.
  • Support tracking of patient samples and follow up with clinics to ensure timely communication.
  • Monitor and replenish consumables (e.g., sample tubes and kits) to keep operations uninterrupted.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports to track sales activities and performance.
  • Support event logistics such as seminars and workshops.
  • Learn and provide input on how to improve workflows and efficiency.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in taking on tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
