KEY SKILLS:-

• Ideally have worked within Sales Administration / Account Management previously
• Ability to thrive in fast paced commercial environment and work under pressure
• Ability to take on responsibility and develop as a capable and dependable member of a successful team
• Confident with numbers and able to work with commercial data and pricing details
• Excellent IT Skills - MS Office & ability to pick up technical systems quickly
• If you have worked with V-Carve CNC software or Microsoft Dynamics AX this would be advantageous although training will be provided.

• Sales order processing & providing quotations using CNC routing service and V-Carve software package (training can be given)
• Develop a working knowledge of our LED lighting products and software package sufficient to quote & process sales orders
• Develop a working knowledge of products and services sufficient to work as first point of contact on Trade Counter
• Proactively seek out new opportunities both for new business and existing customers as well as following up sales leads
• Account management within assigned territory to achieve targets sales and profit levels.
• Offering a first class customer service so they are first choice when placing orders.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team Leader and Sales Team updating CRM system in relation to updates, outcomes and progress as well as keeping customer data up to date.
• Develop awareness of competitive activity and to report changes in the marketplace
• Maintain a daybook and other procedures in accordance with the Company’s Standard Practice Instructions (SPI’s)
• Work collaboratively with all other departments.
