About Your Program You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team in completing basic operations such as contract signing, billing binding, and customer account maintenance, ensure the standardization of business processes and data accuracy, and guarantee the smooth operation of sales activities. Data Analysis and Monitoring: Integrate sales data and build business dashboards, identify business risks through multi-dimensional analysis (e.g., customer lifecycle, opportunity conversion rate), and provide optimization recommendations to improve sales efficiency. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain the full lifecycle of customers, develop tiered management strategies, drive customer renewals, recovery of lost customers, and experience optimization, and enhance customer activity and retention rates. Process Optimization and Training: Streamline sales support processes, develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs), conduct system operation training for the sales team, and reduce the occurrence of abnormal issues. Risk Management and Compliance: Monitor sales risks such as scalping and low-price competition, optimize risk control systems, and promote compliance execution to protect company interests and ensure healthy business development.
