Role overview:
The Fusion Sales team will enable TP ICAP to meet our electronification targets by marketing new products and initiatives to our client base.
Leveraging our Relationship Managers’ and Brokers’ Client relationships they will deepen their understanding of the Client organisation, business and opportunities to expand our platform offerings.
Through close Client engagement they will elicit feedback on current TP ICAP platform use, appetite for technology, and communicate that to our Fusion Hub, Product Management and delivery teams with a view of strengthening our platform offerings.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team, with a particular focus on Credit and its respective technology.
  • Cover & support Sales team with client liaison. This would mainly be via electronic communications, however confidence to have in-person meetings would be an asset.
  • Assume 1st level screen management responsibilities in order to trouble shoot client and broker screen issues. Manage set up of clients’ screens (new and existing) as per their preferences.
  • Relationships with the Trading Venue Operations & Product Management teams are a priority. Working with both teams to ensure that customer queries are responded to in a timely fashion, and for platform launches to be coordinated seamlessly.
  • Provide feedback on screen stability and functionality
  • Provide demos of screens and conduct visits where necessary to understand the client’s’ trading and workflow needs (this would only be necessary when the Sales team require additional cover).
  • Keep Salesforce up to date on client meetings.

  • Accuracy when dealing with clients’ screens, ensuring they are set up correctly.
  • Ensure connection and engagement with the screen, troubleshooting where necessary. This will support monetisation of the platform and maintain electronic market share.
  • Exercises strong judgement on client issues, particularly those that should be escalated. Bases decisions primarily upon the benefits to the business.
