Job Description Rockwell Automation is hiring! We are looking for a Sales Support Manager, AP to be based in our Taguig, Philippines or Noida, India office. Reporting to Director, Strategy, Transformation & Commercial Effectiveness, you will lead and manage the Sales Support team across the Asia Pacific region. You will ensure the team delivers high-quality operational and administrative support to the Sales organisation, ensuring improved efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. The manager will oversee regional processes, drive continuous improvement, and act as a main liaison between Sales, internal departments, and customers. Your Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management Lead the AP Sales Support team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance goals. Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture aligned with company values. Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and succession planning for the team. Operational Excellence Oversee the delivery of core support functions, including pricing and quotation support, and first-level assistance with internal processes and tools. Ensure timely support for Sales teams, reducing administrative burden and improving productivity. Monitor and improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Process & Compliance Promote adherence and adoption of global standards. Participate in developing best practices. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for sellers regarding support operations in APAC. Maintain strong relationships with the Sales teams and other internal functions (Customer Care, Global Revenue Management, etc.) to ensure seamless support delivery. Collaborate with global and regional Sales Support teams to align strategies and share best practices. Continuous Improvement & Business Acumen Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization. Support digital transformation initiatives and adoption of new tools and technologies. Stay updated on organizational, technical, and commercial developments relevant to the role. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Sales, or related field/ Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Customer Support within a technology-based organisation.
