Job Description
We are currently seeking a hands-on, outcome-oriented leader with a strong customer service orientation to manage the fast-paced world of our Sales Support Department. As Sales Support Manager, you will guide decision-making to support the department’s day-to-day operations and lead a team in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. The position also requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve challenges quickly and cost-effectively. Applicants should have solid experience in data analysis, strategic planning and optimizing workflow efficiencies. The ideal candidate also possesses excellent communication, training and interpersonal skills, along with strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid position, so candidates should live within commuting distance of our Carson, California, headquarters.

GOT THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE? HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of management experience in sales support, customer service or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with technology and multiple software platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • ERP system experience is a plus, particularly in managing workflows and integrating data across departments
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively across departments
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering value and supporting sales success
  • Detail-oriented multitasker, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
  • Agility and resilience, with the ability to adapt quickly, juggle competing demands and lead through uncertainty
