COMPANY OVERVIEW

MAF Finance Group, a subsidiary of Begbies Traynor Group, is a dynamic financial services company dedicated to providing tailored funding solutions for businesses throughout the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Working with our CRM system to upload data, format new data sets and update existing data.
  • Working with Microsoft Excel to format and clean data ready for upload to CRM.
  • Speaking to our customers, organising quotes, preparing credit applications, and providing the very highest level of support to our sales team.
  • Completing documentation and working with our banking partners to ensure these are paid out in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with suppliers to organise sales invoices and helping deliver an efficient payment process.
  • Working with our CRM system to ensure our customer records are up to date and compliant with GDPR.
  • Providing Ad-Hoc administration support to the wider business.

Where you’ll be based;

  • The role is based from our Derbyshire head office, just off Junction 28 of the M1.
  • There is free parking onsite.
  • Our standard working hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm.
