We are looking for a
Sales Support Manager
To accelerate our global rock breaking business, you will support international sales teams, streamline processes, and ensure efficient global operations. As part of our product & sales team, your responsibilities will include product pricing, sales support, the quote-to-deliver process, and partnership sales. You will collaborate closely with sales network partners and our own global sales, service, supply and R&D teams. The role is based in Lahti, Finland with hybrid work opportunity.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Sales pipeline and sales forecast management
  • Support on customer tendering and quotation phase
  • Management of quote-to-order process
  • Coordinate customer relationships with our sales partners
  • Delivery project coordination and management
  • Sales tools & process development
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in sales campaigns & materials
  • Equipment sales process, pricing, and product training for sales

To shine in this position, we hope you have:

  • 5-10 years’ work experience in B2B landscape
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering/business
  • Knowledge of machinery production and related product structures
  • General experience of IoT solutions in industry
  • Good possession of IT systems (CRM, ERP, Excel, AutoCAD, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Result driven attitude with customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to grow as professional, take ownership beyond interfaces and structures
  • A strong appetite to learn new skills and the possibility to travel
