We are on growth journey – now looking for our next star – a passionate German and/or Dutch speaking Sales Support Marine. This position reports to Customer Service Managerand will work in Blandford Forum, Dorset, United Kingdom.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in customer service as well as having acquired the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Good standard of written and spoken English – required.
  • Good standard of written and spoken Dutch language – required.
  • Good standard of written and spoken German language – required.
  • Proven proactive approach working in a sales or customer service environment and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP software (Trend and Axapta - advantageous).
  • Experience in achieving targets.

Responsibilities

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily tasks will involve the careful management of emails and phone calls which in turn will contain orders for processing, end to end order tracking, pricing requests and queries or complaints.
  • Informing customers about: order status, availability and delivery times, special sales promotions.
  • Consulting with sales field staff about: customer conditions, price agreements, current projects, availability.
  • Processing and monitoring the progress of: quotations (in consultation with Sales field service), orders and credits.
  • Confirming and updating customer agreements: net prices and T&Cs.
  • Monitoring delivery and escalating delivery problems if necessary, supporting sales department where necessary for optimal delivery of the product.
  • Processing price lists in sales order processes (SOP).
  • Analysing and updating short-, mid- and long-term demand plans at various levels of aggregation in alignment with Management and Sales teams.
  • Inbound check vs open orders and Stock level monitoring: in collaboration with Supply Planning team and Inside Sales teams, will provide visibility to the Sales team on open orders status as well as stock on hand and provide monthly delivery estimations to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
  • Ensure Planning Master Data accuracy and integrity through robust data management processes and routine monthly auditing.
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement to S&OP processes.
  • Maintaining and developing professional knowledge in their own discipline.
  • To undertake any other reasonable request or duties commensurate with your post.
