We have an exciting new opportunity for a driven Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Bourke.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role is responsible for providing essential administration and sales support including:

  • Assist customers with pricing and product queries
  • Processing counter sales through POS
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including accounts payable and receivable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering & receipting
  • Livestock administration including processing livestock sales
  • Providing general administrative & sales support to the branch
  • Maintaining safety processes
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role is responsible for providing essential administration and sales support including:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
