ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Officer to join our dynamic sales team in Lagos. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining sales processes, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and providing essential operational support to the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Coordination & Administration: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports. Maintain organized sales records and track ongoing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Order & Process Management: Process sales orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery, and ensure proper documentation for each transaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inquiries, provide product information, and assist in resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Sales Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data, track trends, and prepare reports that offer insights to improve sales performance.
  • Marketing & Outreach Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media promotions, to enhance brand visibility.
