• Autonomous: You’ll thrive here if you’re a self-starter who enjoys ownership and can structure your own day
• Commercial mindset: Possess a commercial mindset, capable of thinking in terms of the customer journey.
• Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Analytical skills: Showcase strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel. Experience with data-driven tools such as PowerBi is preferred.
• Language proficiency: Excel in both English and German communication skills, essential for our international setting.
