At Kubota Australia and New Zealand, we distribute and provide after sales support for high value, exceptional quality construction, agricultural farm machinery, implements and associated products. In your new role as Sales Support Officer, you will undertake a range of administrative and support activity for the Australian jurisdiction to ensure operational efficiency. This opportunity is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract. From a day to day perspective, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide general administrative and organisational support to the sales team, including travel bookings, invoice processing, diary management, and meeting minutes Assist with dealer-focused activities such as sales promotions, product launches, conferences, and events Maintain accurate sales records and ensure data integrity in sales systems Prepare and share information with dealers (directly or via Dealer Support/Zone Managers) about company programs, initiatives and products Respond to or escalate internal and external enquiries related to sales activities Support the implementation and monitoring of sales standards and processes in line with company strategy and plans Conduct intermediate-level data analysis and prepare regular and ad hoc reports on sales results, team performance, project status, and external reporting requirements Assist in preparing forecasts and budgets and perform basic financial variance analysis Support market and competitor analysis activities Participate in or represent Sales in cross-functional and product-related projects as required Perform other duties within skills and experience as directed Responsible for the health and safety of team, self and other within the workplace, including when on dealer sites or events. Follow all OHS policy and procedures To be successful in this role, your resume would include: Tertiary qualification in Business (or similar) Valid Driver's License Significant experience in a similar officer lever support role with experience supporting sales teams in a product based industry (agricultural, construction equipment experience strongly preferred) Substantial general administration and records management experience Proven successful event/ event components organisation experience, including ensuring OHS/ WHS for events Exposure to procurement and supply chain in a warehousing/ distribution context (preferred) Intermediate numerical capability, proven accounts processing, data analysis and reporting capability Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills Well developed written and verbal communication skills, including well developed reporting and presentation skills Attention to detail Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Well developed general business acumen Intermediate general computing skills and exposure to a variety of systems and applications, particularly Google/ Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, relevant SAP module/s and data analysis/ presentation software IMPORTANT TO NOTE Kubota is committed to achieving a diverse workforce.
