Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Language: English (minimum B2+).
• Experience: 1-2 years in procurement, supply chain, customer management, vendor management or customer support (preferably in the software industry).
• Skills: Strong customer focus, active listening, and analytical abilities.
• Capabilities: Experience in pricing negotiation, supplier management, and researching multiple data sources.
• Work Ethic: Team-oriented, reliable, and able to handle high workloads.
• Tools: Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow)

• Run customer communications, ensuring satisfaction and proactive engagement.
• Be responsible for case management, including quote handling and distributor differences.
• Build positive relationships with Account Managers and collaborate closely with the sales team.
• Understand the customer lifecycle to improve service delivery.
• Handle long-term assignments and critical issues optimally.
• Handle end-to-end procurement for software purchases, from needs assessment to sourcing and negotiation.
• Coordinate with all teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
