Description Rocktops is a state-of-the-art granite & stone fabrication facility located in Olathe, KS servicing the production and installation of high-quality countertop surfaces for our clients. Rocktops has an immediate opening for a Full Time Sales Support/Project Coordinator Staff Member to join our team. This position requires a motivated and competitive person who wants to grow within the organization. Sales Support Staff Members perform various administrative duties that assist our Sales Representatives. You will engage with customers and provide communication to your sales team about updates or changes to customer accounts. Attend periodic sales and education meetings as provided by the company. Seek assistance and actively participate with Sales Supervisors regarding your career development and path. Attend and participate in industry-related events that further your job proficiency. Effectively learn and execute the sales processes taught by the company as you become accountable to performance objectives and upholding our company CORE VALUES: Problem Solving, Work Ethic, and Positivity. Attend periodic sales and education meetings as provided by the company. Attend product knowledge training as offered by the company. Attend weekly sales team meeting and 1-on-1 meetings with the Sales Manager. Attend and participate in industry-related events that further your job proficiency. Seek assistance and actively participate with Sales Supervisors regarding your career development and path. Properly setting up jobs in our software system. Proficiently drawing quotes in our software system. Accurately interpret floor plans and scale drawings. Monitor emails for schedule updates, quote requests, selection changes, service calls or repair requests. Actively communicate with your Project Manager about job issues or schedule changes. Scheduling confirmations when needed. Follow a standard checklist to ensure each job is submitted with accuracy and necessary details for a successful production of our products. Review job details and templates, and install photos to flag any issues. Provide special pricing sheets when required on an account basis. Provide outstanding customer service. Front Desk rotation as needed. Any additional duties that are assigned by management or company leadership position.
