Description:
ABOUT COMPANY:
Our client was established in the year 1995 and they are specialized in automation systems and equipment. The company line of business includes manufacturing metal cutting machine tools.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible to support on customer enquiries, quotations, delivery arrangements, and after-sales support.
- Respond to products inquiries from customers and ensure accurate information is provided.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather pricing and availability details.
- Issue quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and track orders from receipt to delivery
- Ensure products are received as per order specifications.
- Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules for customers, working with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Provide post-sale customer service, including answering inquiries and assisting with any issues or concerns regarding products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating troubleshooting efforts with technical teams or departments when needed.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation, reports, and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and ensuring orders are fulfilled without delays.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least an ITE certificate or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales support or related working experience
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is preferred (experience in spare parts or technical sales is a plus point).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and basic office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Technical knowledge or an ability to understand basic technical products and issues is preferred.
