ABOUT COMPANY:

Our client was established in the year 1995 and they are specialized in automation systems and equipment. The company line of business includes manufacturing metal cutting machine tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible to support on customer enquiries, quotations, delivery arrangements, and after-sales support.
  • Respond to products inquiries from customers and ensure accurate information is provided.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to gather pricing and availability details.
  • Issue quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor and track orders from receipt to delivery
  • Ensure products are received as per order specifications.
  • Arrange and coordinate delivery schedules for customers, working with logistics and warehouse teams.
  • Provide post-sale customer service, including answering inquiries and assisting with any issues or concerns regarding products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating troubleshooting efforts with technical teams or departments when needed.
  • Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation, reports, and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels and ensuring orders are fulfilled without delays.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least an ITE certificate or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of sales support or related working experience
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is preferred (experience in spare parts or technical sales is a plus point).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and basic office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Technical knowledge or an ability to understand basic technical products and issues is preferred.
