Description Position Summary: CDI custom curb adapters is currently hiring for the position of Sales Support Representative (SSR), located in Tolleson, AZ. You’ll be servicing this market by meeting or exceeding sales goals & growing local business. You’ll focus on expanding and supporting local markets within a major region of a specific plant territory. The work location will be in the Tolleson, AZ manufacturing plant. Create/process daily orders in a timely manner. Process requests for rush orders. Handle administrative duties for the sales department & maintain an organized/accessible digital filing system within Google Drive. Perform data entry tasks Utilize sales tracking tools to compile various reports. Review pending orders & customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders Record sales trends & brainstorm within your department to develop sales strategies. Schedule customer meetings & conferences. Develop & monitor key performance indicators for sales and staff members. Compile a daily list of sales leads, delegate leads to the sales department & provide sales data to the sales department.
