We are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise to fill this role. Below are the details of the position:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our customer-facing sales force through the full sales cycle, from lead to close. This role is a 12-month hybrid contract, with work-from-home flexibility based on business needs. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must Have:
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Customer service/support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred:
  • Experience using CRM programs (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer support, sales coordination, or administrative roles.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Support & Communication
  • Respond promptly to incoming electronic customer inquiries (emails, forms, etc.).
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide quotes, order updates, and resolve routine issues.
  • Route complex customer concerns to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Sales & Quoting Support
  • Assist in preparing budgetary quotes, including technical data, pricing, lead times, and presentations.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, issuing acknowledgements, invoicing, and shipping notices.
  • Run reports on order status, inventory status, and other sales-related information.
  • Provide back-up support for branch personnel in retail product sales.
  • Logistics & Coordination
  • Coordinate logistics for replacement engine quotes, orders, and deliveries.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of customer visits, meetings, and events.
  • Track and report on inventory/stock levels as needed.
