Due to continued growth, Skalar is expanding its sales support team and recruiting for the following role:

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• MBO/HBO degree combined with relevant work experience
• A chemistry background (e.g., Laboratory Technician/Analyst) OR experience in Sales Support / Inside Sales / Customer Service within a technical production environment (experience in machinery is a plus)
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (German or French is a plus)
• Experience with Exact is a plus
• You are accurate, customer-oriented, communicative, and a strong team player

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Support Representative, you are the key link between our customers, field sales team, and internal departments. You make sure quotations and orders run smoothly and act as the go-to contact for both clients and colleagues. With your organizational skills and service-oriented mindset, you help us deliver excellent customer satisfaction and strengthen our sales organization.
Our Sales Support team consists of 5.5 FTE and supports our international sales organization. You will work closely with departments such as Laboratory, Finance, Logistics, Sales, Publicity, and Helpdesk.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing quotations and monitoring delivery times and planning
• Handling customer inquiries and supporting the international field sales team
• Managing the complete order process from A to Z
• Coordinating the flow of information to internal departments (orders, quotations, invoices)
• Acting as the central point of contact for customers and colleagues
