Description

We are responsible for fostering positive relationships with our clients and customers alike, aiming for long-term client retention. Our largest contract, with Rogers Telecommunications, has entrusted us with managing the St John’s region with their business development strategy creation and implementation, to drive their revenue to their newest top-tier telecommunications, internet, and wireless product technology and services. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Sales team’s efforts in achieving our business goals by providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate for our Sales Support Representativerole will be enthusiastic, empathic, and goal-oriented, someone who will passionately impact our team in a positive manner.

Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer any questions or concerns our customers present, communicating clearly and effectively, as well as providing personalized solutions based on consumers’ needs.
  • Sales: Follow up with potential customers, close deals utilizing proven methods of sales strategies, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve weekly sales goals. Stay up to date with product knowledge, educating customers, and upselling products as they fit the customer’s needs.
  • Client Relations Management: Create and foster long-lasting relationships with clients, aiming for a positive experience, using empathy and responsiveness as your biggest tools. Other Sales Support Representatives and the Senior Management teams to ensure seamless operations, as well as cross-training with other departments to expand knowledge.

Sales Support Representative Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Support Representative, or equivalent experience in sales or client relationship management, is highly desirable.
  • You have a natural ability to convey ideas and communicate effectively, ensuring every conversation and interaction is informative, valuable, and professional.
  • Your attention to detail is exceptional, you can manage multiple tasks at a time, and you are responsible for delivering the company’s goals in a timely manner.
  • You have strong time management skills and a natural ability to stay organized.
  • You have previous experience in customer service, sales, and client management roles.
