Education equivalent to an Associates Degree, or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating a sound knowledge of Salesforce administration, time management, proficiency in excel reporting, pivot tables, data analysis, customer service
- Two or more years of related work experience in a sales support capacity.
- Demonstrating analytical skills while providing excellent customer service to all customers & sales reps preferred
- Demonstrates an elevated level of knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Word, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; and general knowledge of general database use.
Responsibilities:
Under general direction role may include: providing customer service, billing/pricing/collections resolution, contract administration, service issues resolution, information management, customer file maintenance, lead routing, and record generation while possibly growing new and secured business through service level upgrades and expanded product offerings for assigned accounts on a daily basis.
