What you'll contribute to Toyota Fleet Management (TFM) is one of Australia's leading providers of fleet management products and services. Furthermore, we are the only fleet management organisation in Australia with the security of the world's largest car manufacturer. As a Sales Support Representative (SSR) you will provide timely and accurate customer service and sales support to TFM customers to deliver upon their day-to-day requirements or queries. This is a 12-Month, fixed-term opportunity based in Grosvenor Place, NSW How you'll make an impact Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive lease and finance quotes, contracts, and variations in line with customer and sales team requests. Manage sales support operations end-to-end, including customer tender pricing, marketing material, client proposals, and customer reviews. Generate and maintain customer-specific reports, invoicing, and administrative documentation. Track vehicles nearing lease termination, liaise with customers regarding next steps, and ensure actions are recorded in internal systems. Coordinate with dealers and third-party suppliers to meet complex client requirements, including multi-supplier vehicle builds. Ensure all legal and financial documentation complies with internal policies and is executed to a high standard. Proactively build strong client relationships by responding to enquiries, following up on outstanding matters, and supporting ongoing service delivery. You bring: Experience in sales administration, quoting, or service coordination in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to re-prioritise under pressure. Confidence to engage with clients, dealers, and suppliers professionally and with initiative.
