Description
Handle the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, including order entry, verification, and tracking to ensure timely delivery to customers. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communications. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required. Utilize CRM software to update customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments to ensure alignment on sales objectives, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange shipment schedules, monitor delivery status, and address any shipping-related issues to ensure on-time delivery of products. Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales contracts. Provide administrative support during sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events. Collaborate with the inventory management team to maintain accurate stock levels, track product availability, and coordinate replenishment as needed to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities
